Who we are
We are a Central American company, created to satisfy a health market need. Our personnel is our best asset, we are a well trained team with a clear aim, to successfully attend all or customer's needs in the clinical laboratory area.
We bring the best laboratory products in the world; we provide support for the users in the technical and in the maintenance areas.
With three main facilities two of them in Guatemala and the other in Costa Rica we have a total of more than 1,000 square feet in our offices combined. We successfully fulfill all the requirements to comply with the storage and management of the products we distribute, we have special temperature areas for products which require it. We exceed all government requirements to register our products and we keep a strict control in all product management from the import to the distribution.
Our organization is completely customer oriented; we are dedicated to the customer complete satisfaction, with a group of professionals dedicated to that matter. Our technical sales team ‘s school requirements are at least a university degree of bachelors in science, all are human health specialist , with a specialization in clinical laboratory.

Our maintenance department is organized with engineers and electronic technicians, who are trained by our business partners in the installation, maintenance and repair of all the instruments we distribute, we carry all the spare parts and special tool required for the job. Our people are in call 24/7 since our instruments are installed in the most important hospitals and clinics in the area.
